DEHAT is the Developmental Association for Human Advancement, a society registered in Uttar Pradesh, India. Use of this website and its domestic payment facility is subject to these terms.
Website use
- Use the website only for lawful purposes and without infringing another person's rights.
- Programme, financial and statutory information is published in good faith from DEHAT's records. Signed filings and official documents remain controlling where a summary differs.
- DEHAT may update the website and these terms. Continued use after publication of a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Unless a page states otherwise, DEHAT owns or is licensed to use the text, design, photographs and other material on this website. Personal and non-commercial copying must preserve attribution.
Domestic donations
- Domestic online donations are voluntary contributions collected in Indian rupees through DEHAT's domestic Razorpay merchant account.
- Payment credentials are handled by Razorpay. DEHAT receives transaction and donor details needed for reconciliation, statutory reporting and a requested receipt.
- An 80G receipt requires the donor's correct legal name, PAN and address. Razorpay's payment acknowledgement is not itself Form 10BE.
- Recurring support may be cancelled for future cycles. Amounts already collected are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Foreign contributions must not be sent through the domestic payment route. They are accepted only through DEHAT's separately designated FCRA process after that facility is approved.
Liability and governing law
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Uttar Pradesh.
