Information we collect

Why and how it is used

Information is used for payment reconciliation, donor communication, Form 10BD/10BE and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, audit, responding to requests and maintaining the security of DEHAT's services. Payment-card and bank credentials are processed by Razorpay and are not received by DEHAT.

Sharing and retention

Access is limited to authorised DEHAT finance, audit and administration personnel and service providers needed to perform these functions. Information may be disclosed where required by law. Records are retained for the applicable accounting, tax, audit and regulatory period and securely disposed of afterward.

Your choices

You may ask what information DEHAT holds about you, request a correction, withdraw optional cookie consent, or raise a privacy concern. A lawful retention requirement may prevent immediate deletion of statutory financial records.

Security and children

DEHAT uses role-based access and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Child-protection case information is not collected through the donation form and is handled through restricted safeguarding processes.
